OTG Management is seeking an experienced Chef at EWR Airport to oversee kitchen operations and ensure health and safety standards are met. You will lead, train, and mentor culinary teams, collaborating with partner chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for travelers.
The role requires 5+ years as a Chef, a culinary degree, and strong food-cost management. You’ll work varied hours, including nights and weekends, in Newark’s fast-paced airport environment.
