Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food safely following procedures and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and workspace.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and relay information to supervisor.
• Explains daily menu items to staff and customers.
• Monitors peak production hours and manages inventory and waste.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
