Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates and participates in interviews and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following corporate, state and federal safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and keeps workstation clean.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
