Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and training of kitchen staff.
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production.
• Supervise and inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper operation.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.
• Act as Executive Chef in the absence of the head chef.
• Ensure adherence to standards of quality, recipes, and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation, train staff on cleanliness and hygiene.
