Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking team members for Turfway Park Racing & Gaming to support high-volume dining and guest services. You will collaborate with the culinary team, ensure accurate and timely food delivery, and assist in maintaining quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Two years of high-volume table-service dining experience and the ability to obtain a KY Racing License are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain KY Racing License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are prepared with the correctly
• Organize order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
• Collaborate with the culinary team
• Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before sending them out to guests
• Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
• Addresses food/beverage or service related guest issues
• Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
• Knowledge of menu items and service as well as overall restaurant operations
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
