Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring immediately for a full‑time Sous Chef at Subsea 7 Cafe, 17220 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094. You will help the Executive Chef with prep and cooking, and supervise cooks to meet production standards and deadlines.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with hours that may vary. Experience is required, and a $18.00 per hour fixed pay rate is offered along with an internal employee referral bonus. Applications are accepted ongoing until filled.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and supervision.
• Ability to follow recipes and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking.
• Coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ensure sanitation, portion control, and presentation standards.
