Job summary

Our Eurest team in Houston is hiring for a full-time Grill Cook at the Subsea 7 Cafe, located at 17220 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours that may vary and a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

As a Grill Cook you will prepare food and serve customers at the grill station in accordance with federal, state and Eurest standards to ensure high-quality food service. Experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
