You will manage daily kitchen activities, control costs, mentor staff, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has several years of kitchen leadership and a passion for creative, guest-centered dining.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure consistency of food quality.
• Manage food and labor costs within budget constraints.
• Coach, develop and supervise kitchen staff; enforce SOPs and safety rules.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and seasonal offerings.
