Job summary

Hilton Knoxville is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests. You will supervise staff, help craft menu items, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a dynamic hospitality setting.

The role reports to the Executive Chef and offers pathways to chef de cuisine, executive chef, or culinary director as you grow within our hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
• Certifications such as a culinary diploma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be the right hand to our executive chef, assisting in the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our hotel guests.
• Overseeing kitchen staff, preparing menu items, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
• You will report to the Executive Chef.
