bartaco is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen, coach the culinary team, and ensure quality across recipes and presentations. You will drive guest experience by maintaining high standards, colorfully executing service, and modeling bartaco’s touchstones of pride, teamwork, accountability, and growth.

You’ll manage daily kitchen operations, assist in scheduling, inventory control, and cost management while upholding safety and sanitation practices.

• Excellent cooking skills required.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily kitchen operations and provide professional leadership to the culinary team.
• Ensure recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet bartaco's quality standards.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure service flows seamlessly during shifts.
• Develop and mentor kitchen staff, uphold bartaco touchstones and culture.
