Chicken N Pickle in Thornton, CO is seeking a Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist in daily Back of House operations, coordinate high-volume catering events, and partner with the Executive Chef to deliver high-quality menus and guest experiences.

You will maintain BOH schedules, manage costs, ensure health and safety compliance, oversee prep, inventory and recipe execution while leading a motivated team to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of menu planning, recipe execution, and culinary techniques.
• Strong understanding of sanitation guidelines and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment (indoor/outdoor).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Culinary certification or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades
