Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Phoenix is hiring a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality, and manage staff. You will coordinate with the KM/Chef and General Manager on daily prep, service, and sanitation to meet our quality expectations.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience and a current ServSafe certification. We offer a dynamic entertainment environment with frequent events and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume venues.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events is desirable.
• Current ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue, costs, labor, supplies, and cash flow; review monthly P&Ls and adjust.
• Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions with operations and sales staff.
