+ Location: Andrews Osbourne Academy - 38588 Mentor Avenue, Willoughby, OH 44094. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, supervising cooks and food-service associates, and taking responsibility in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Essential Duties include:

1. Cooking and preparing food according to recipes and standards.
2. Supervising food service staff, including interviewing, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
3. Storing food safely following all sanitation procedures.
4. Maintaining proper food handling, presentation, and temperature.
5. Ensuring sanitation of equipment and workstations.
6. Interacting with customers to resolve complaints and explaining menu items.
7. Monitoring inventory and supplies, tracking production and waste.
8. Performing other duties as assigned.
