This role involves managing culinary operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading the culinary team. Grow your career with a company that shares your passion! Our Energy and Resources Division has an exciting new opportunity to join the Sodexo team as our next Sous Chef. This role is a rotational position that will require you to work at site for 20 days, out of camp 10 days. Sodexo offers a competitive salary, flights to site as well as Extended Benefits and paid vacation.

The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in leading the culinary team in supporting all aspects of unit food service operations, including the dining room, catering and the lounge. The position is responsible for assisting in all food management processes including the ordering of food and supplies, menu development, recipe consistency and quality assurance. The Sous Chef will assume the responsibilities of the Executive Chef and will lead the culinary team when the Executive Chef is offsite.
