Compass at Forestview in Meredith, NH, is seeking a sous chef to prepare, cook, and plate meals for our senior residents, while assisting with special events and dietary accommodations. A fast-paced dining team environment supports development and resident well-being.

Rates start at $23-$24 per hour based on experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The sous chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food for meals and special events, assisting with ordering, and accommodating residents' dietary needs as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cook in a fast-paced setting
• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
