Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 / year

As a Sous Chef I, you will assist in the overall success of the food program and oversee culinary functions. Your responsibilities include planning, ordering, inventory management, and food preparation, ensuring adherence to client culture, health regulations, and company standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation. You will also motivate, train, develop, and direct back-of-house associates to meet operational objectives and customer satisfaction.
