Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa in Florence, Alabama, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and deliver outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop team members, maintain the highest culinary standards, ensure food safety compliance, collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders, and produce seasonal menu features that wow guests.
