We are hiring immediately for a Sous Chef position.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with some weekends and nights required. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Union experience preferred. Must have a strong background in scratch cooking and following recipes. Experience in large-scale operations with three meal periods is highly preferred. A cook test will be part of the hiring process.
Salary: $60,000.00
