Job summary

One Network Enterprises is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team at a luxury dining destination in New York City. This role focuses on upscale, high-standard kitchen operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist in daily kitchen operations, uphold top culinary and sanitation standards, train the kitchen team, support menu execution and quality control, and work closely with the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities required.
• Previous Sous Chef experience in upscale or luxury dining.
• Experience with high volume fine dining kitchens.
• Local candidates preferred.
