Job summary

A top Minneapolis restaurant group is seeking its next culinary leader as Sous Chef, with potential to grow to Executive Chef as the team expands.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on chef with a background in multi-unit concepts, experienced in quality scratch kitchens, and with strong service orientation. Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager; excellent training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts and systems.
• Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations as sous chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Support quality scratch kitchen standards.
• Develop and implement kitchen procedures under guidance of Executive Chef.
