Job summary

BrewDog Las Vegas is seeking a talented Chef to lead our busy kitchen and drive culinary excellence. You will steer shifts, coordinate with the sous chefs and cooks, and ensure every dish meets BrewDog's standards of quality, timing and presentation.

You’ll mentor a passionate team, maintain compliance, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences in a lively bar environment. Experience in banquet events and a ServSafe certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older due to liquor laws.
• 2 years of experience as a chef de cuisine, executive sous chef or similar kitchen leadership role.
• 2 years of experience cooking or leading banquets and events.
• Must have ServSafe or state equivalent.
• Preferred bilingual (Spanish & English).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage sous chefs and cooks to ensure quality and timing.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and compliance in a busy kitchen.
• Oversee the kitchen team and mentor members to develop and grow.
• Collaborate with the front of house and management team to deliver great BrewDog experiences.

About The Role

At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining a busy kitchen is the key to this role.

You’ll be in charge of your shifts; the sous & cooks will be your orchestra & you’ll be the team of conductor. Every single item that leaves the kitchen will be a musical note & you’ll take pride in it being executed perfectly and on time.

You’ll lead a team of passionate team members that need to develop and grow every day. Our goal is to be the best employer ever & you’ll be part of making that happen for your team.

You’ll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of the team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar.

About You

• Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a chef de cuisine, executive sous chef or similar kitchen leadership role
• Must have 2 years of experience cooking or leading banquets and events
• Must have ServSafe or state equivalent
• Preferred Bilingual (Spanish & English)
