Job summary

BrewDog PLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help prepare our popular burgers and wings, maintain cleanliness, and ensure orders are cooked to spec while staying efficient and friendly.

The role requires at least 1 year on a hot line, flexibility, and a State Health Card. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and you’ll thrive in a team that values beer passion, speed, and consistent service.

• Must be open to flexible scheduling.
• Must have a valid State Health Card.
• Preferred bilingual (Spanish & English).

At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining speed and cleanliness in a busy kitchen is the key to this role.

You’ll take pride inmaintaining a clean and efficient environment in the kitchen and prep spaces! The main focus will be preparing orders in a timely manner and maintaining station prep.

You’ll work alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of the team in the kitchen, on the floor and at our corporate headquarters.All work together to make us better everyday.

About You

Minimum Age Requirement:Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy.
