Job summary

BrewDog PLC in Canal Winchester, OH, is seeking a Lead Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll oversee shifts, orchestrate line cooks, and ensure every burger and wing leaving the kitchen meets our quality standards.

You’ll mentor a team, maintain food safety, and help deliver fast, friendly service that makes BrewDog a destination for beer lovers. The role offers a dynamic, high-energy environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy.
• Must have 2 years of experience cooking
• Must have 1 year lead level experience
• Preferred ServSafe or state equivalent

Responsibilities

• You’ll be in charge of your shifts; the line will be your orchestra and you’ll be the conductor.

At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining a busy kitchen is the key to this role.

You’ll be in charge of your shifts; the line will be your orchestra & you’ll be the conductor. Every single item that leaves the kitchen will be a musical note & you’ll take pride in it being executed perfectly and on time.
