Sous Chef Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional image, including cleanliness and uniform standards.
• Ensure high-quality product and service standards.
• Manage food costs through inventory control and financial review.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Keep the kitchen organized and compliant with health standards.
• Recruit, supervise, motivate, and discipline team members.
• Train staff continuously and lead by example.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; culinary certifications preferred.
