We are hiring a Sous Chef with a pay range of $55,404.02 - $69,255.02.

Responsibilities:
  • Train kitchen associates in their job duties, including plate presentation and display work.
  • Write schedules, evaluate, and direct all personnel.
  • Maintain open communication between management and staff.
  • Handle disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Provide tools and equipment for staff to perform their duties.
  • Address kitchen problems immediately.
  • Participate in departmental and staff meetings, inventory, and MOD program.
  • Ensure high-quality, properly prepared food is efficiently served to all outlets.
  • Assist in establishing goals, standards, and objectives to enhance organizational reputation and profitability.
  • Supervise the kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef, including utility and sanitation staff.
  • Maintain records such as recipe cards and roast meat charts.
  • Prepare recipe cards and presentation visuals for menu items.
  • Ensure payroll hours are submitted timely.
