Northrop & Johnson is seeking an experienced sous chef for a 62-meter private/light charter motor yacht based in South Florida. The role requires culinary training, a strong kitchen background, and the ability to lead in a team onboard.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States, hold STCW and ENG1 equivalents, and possess excellent communication, cleanliness, and a positive, active approach. The position offers full-time status with standard leave and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree required and strong culinary background.
• Restaurant or yacht-related experience preferred.
• STCW + Refresher, Marine Medical ENG1, food safety/hygiene.
• B1/B2 visa or legal to work in the US.
