Job summary

Harbor App Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a female chef for a full-time live-aboard role aboard a 100ft private charter vessel beginning immediately. You will plan menus, manage provisioning and budgeting, and ensure fine dining with strict attention to dietary restrictions and safety standards for charters across the Bahamas, Exumas, Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or hold valid visas; ENG1, STCW Basic Training and three references are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and manage provisioning for a private yacht.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards on board.
• Coordinate dining schedules with crew and manage budgetary constraints.
