Knob Hill Golf Club is seeking a Sous Chef to work directly with the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will manage kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and assist in training staff while ensuring compliance with health guidelines. Ideal candidates should have prior experience, excellent culinary skills, and a strong work ethic.
Knob Hill Golf Club caters to a diverse membership and hosts all types of banquet events (weddings, golf outings, member events, bar mitzvahs, showers, meetings, etc.) We also have a full bar inside the clubs restaurant, The Sycamore Grille. We are open all year and are open to the public. The Sous chef would work directly with the Executive chef to maintain the flow of the kitchen during service and banquets.
