The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food, ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and maintain profitability. The role involves contributing to increasing sales and guest satisfaction by delivering an excellent team member and guest experience. Additionally, the Sous Chef assists in executing menu items with excellence and manages quality across all responsibilities.

Job Requirements
  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant.
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
  • Ability to develop and lead a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution.
  • Stable employment history demonstrating upward career progression.
