The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is looking for a Sous Chef to join its high-energy kitchen in Carlsbad. You will manage shifts, lead a team, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining top standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on operation fundamentals, cost control, and producing exceptional dining experiences for guests. Immediate hire and competitive compensation are offered.

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
