GE Vernova is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to own the samples PO lifecycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely supplier interactions and accurate data across systems.
You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality to align procurement with project needs, maintaining high data quality and proactive communication in a fast-paced environment.
If you're early in your supply chain career and ready to own something real from day one, this role puts you at the center of GE Vernova's sourcing initiatives — a fast-moving, data-intensive environment where accuracy and follow-through directly impact product development timelines.
As a Sourcing Specialist focused on samples procurement to support the development of new parts & suppliers, you'll manage the full purchase order lifecycle, keep our sourcing systems clean and current, and serve as the operational link between suppliers and internal teams like Research & Development (R&D), Engineering, and Quality. This isn't a passive support role — it requires someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and has a sharp eye for data detail.
You're a detail-oriented, organized early-career professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment — someone who takes pride in keeping systems accurate and stakeholders informed.
