Job summary

Kelly Services in Columbus, Indiana, seeks a Sourcing Specialist for a hybrid schedule (3 onsite days, 2 remote). The role pays $23.00 per hour and involves managing GBPA updates, GSAR updates, and supplier coordination to ensure timely approvals.

Responsibilities

• Managing GBPA updates, including high-volume part number uploads, PO and ASL flow verification in Oracle, and tracking completed projects.
• Completing GSAR updates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely approvals.
• Reviewing and resolving outfiles/IPV issues, addressing price discrepancies, and working with sourcing managers for resolution.
• Responding to daily email requests and supporting the Hardware team with part prints, PO PDFs, BPA corrections, and system/supplier issue resolution.
• Raising VPCR and SCR in collaboration with the sourcing team.

What’s a typical day as a Sourcing Specialist? You’ll be:

• Managing Global Business Purchase Agreement (GBPA) FIT updates, including high-volume part number uploads, part additions, PO and ASL flow verification in Oracle, and tracking completed projects
• Completing General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) updates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely approval
• Reviewing and resolving outfiles/IPV issues, addressing price discrepancies, and working with sourcing managers for resolution
• Responding to daily email requests and supporting the Hardware team with part prints, PO PDFs, BPA corrections, and system/supplier issue resolution
• Raising Value Package Change Requests (VPCR) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR) in collaboration with the sourcing team
