Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment operations in a remote, contractor capacity. This role serves as a pathway to a full-time Recruiter position, with a 4-week engagement to demonstrate sourcing expertise and candidate-delivery skills.

You will source and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo, build pipelines, perform pre-screening, and collaborate with recruiters to optimize sourcing strategies while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing experience using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.
• Proven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support.
• Strong Boolean search techniques and sourcing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with recruitment process outsourcing industry as a full-time recruiter.
• Knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, engineering and skilled trades roles.

About the Role

Qualdoc is seeking a detail oriented and resourceful Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment operations. This role is designed as a pathway to a full-time Recruiter position, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate sourcing expertise, communication skills, and candidate delivery during the initial 4 weeks.

• Position Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time or Full-Time)
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Initial 4-week engagement with potential transition to Full-Time Recruiter role based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across job boards and sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to refine sourcing strategies.
