Job description

Were seeking a talented and motivated Sourcing Consultant or Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing high-quality candidates within the power generation, manufacturing, or skilled trades sectors. However, we also welcome applicants with strong multi-sector sourcing experience across the U.S. market, if you can quickly adapt to new industries and hiring needs. You will also need experience finding good quality contacts for business development purposes.

Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing is essential. This role demands adeptness in sourcing both passive and active candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed and other sources to identify potential candidates and client contacts.
• Create shortlists of candidates for open positions based on job specifications.
• Create business development target lists.
• Add and maintain candidate and contact profiles in our CRMs.
• Source and add points of contact from various software platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ZoomInfo, etc., to build a comprehensive database for business development purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc data entry tasks to support overall business operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by routinely cleansing and categorizing candidate profiles according to organizational standards.
• Utilize Boolean searching techniques to optimize candidate sourcing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven sourcing or talent research experience, preferably in the power, manufacturing, or skilled trades
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sourcing Candidates/ Technical Recruitment.
• Familiarity with generating business development leads is a plus.
• Proficiency in adding and cleansing profiles on CRMs.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience sourcing for skilled trades roles such as millwrights, mechanics, or electricians is highly desirable.
