Power Design Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will implement sourcing strategies and proactively build pipelines to attract top talent, collaborating with Recruiting Partners to assess and convert candidates into applicants and team members. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while upholding Power Design's values of integrity, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment staffing experience or similar.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Aggressive but professional approach to building candidate pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent platforms.
