Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Sourcing Representative to support the Strategic Sourcing team in capital project procurement activities in West Houston. You will coordinate bid events, manage sourcing from bid package to PO, and work with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in sourcing/procurement, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with SAP. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for procurement and purchasing activities preferred.

Responsibilities
