Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience sourcing technical, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, electrical, or engineered products.
• Strong supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Source new suppliers and products to support customer and operational needs.
• Manage RFQs, bids, and sourcing projects from start to finish.
• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery, and capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and service agreements.
• Support internal sales teams with technical product sourcing and recommendations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
• Partner with internal teams to support customer requirements and business growth.
