Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a global leader in supply chain solutions seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join the Chandler, AZ team. This on-site role focuses on supplier negotiations, RFQs, and strategic sourcing to drive cost savings and supplier performance.

You'll manage end-to-end sourcing projects, build strong supplier relationships, and support internal teams with technical product sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience sourcing technical, industrial, MRO, or engineered products.
• Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• SAP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Source new suppliers and products to support customer and operational needs.
• Manage RFQs, bids, and sourcing projects from start to finish.
• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery, and capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and service agreements.
• Support internal sales teams with technical product sourcing and recommendations.
