Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. in Hanover, MD is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support procurement, sourcing, forecasting, and supplier development across spare parts and tool offerings.

You will analyze data, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in material management and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of supply chain or procurement experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and self-service reporting solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for replacement spares and RFQs.
• Lead and support sourcing, inventory, forecasting, and commercialization for new spare parts.
• Provide backup coverage for Engineer-to-Order procurement during peak periods.
• Manage supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Act as Supply Chain representative for analytics and platforms like Palantir Foundry.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to improve visibility and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material management and supply chain challenges.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, PM, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams on forecasting and supplier development.
• Drive improvements in cost, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support procurement activities for replacement spares, including RFQs, missing parts requests, Pre-Go Live requirements, drop-ship orders, and other critical customer needs.
• Lead and support sourcing, inventory, forecasting, and commercialization activities associated with new spare part and tool offerings.
• Provide functional support and backup coverage for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) procurement activities during periods of peak demand or resource constraints.
• Manage supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation efforts to ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and business demand.
• Serve as a key Supply Chain representative for analytics and workflow platforms, including Palantir Foundry, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material management and supply chain process challenges while establishing scalable long-term solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, material availability, supplier development, and successful project execution.
• Drive measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, inventory effectiveness, and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
