Zumiez in Lynnwood, WA seeks a Sourcing Associate for the Printables & Raw Materials team. You will manage costing, development tracking, and supplier communications to ensure quality, cost targets, and on-time delivery across assigned categories.

This role supports DTG shop production and works closely with Buying and Production teams. Requirements include a college degree (preferred) and 1+ year of production experience, plus strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 1+ year of production experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Manage costing, development tracking, and supplier communication for categories.
• Monitor TAC and milestones to ensure on-time delivery; escalate risks as needed.
• Analyze tech packs to determine costs with manager support.
• Negotiate costs and collaborate with internal/external partners to meet IMU% goals.
• Support raw material sourcing strategies and supplier management.
• Communicate with blank suppliers and internal partners on status and timelines.
• Monitor raw material supply risks and propose solutions to maintain production.
• Assist forecasting, capacity reviews, and inventory planning discussions.
• Assist with purchase orders and adjust deliveries to keep DTG flow.
• Collaborate with DTG, Buying, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Embrace Zumiez culture and brand in daily activities.
