Job summary

Inked Brands is a fast-growing, technology-driven company building brands through e-commerce, design, production, and fulfillment. The Full-time Production Associate supports daily production tasks, including prep, printing, pressing, and packaging, while ensuring quality and safety on the evening shift.

You will pick, pack, label, and stage wholesale orders, maintain cleanliness, meet throughput goals, and help with inventory restock and sample prep.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience.
• DTG (Direct to Garment) experience highly preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 35+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts 7:00a-7:00pm (MTW or ThFSa).

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes including cleaning, printing, pressing, and assembling drinkware.
• Follow daily production assignments and quality control standards.
• Assist in set-up and clean-up of work areas.
• Maintain a safe and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team to meet shift quotas and timelines.
• Report defective materials or unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Support cross-training on production lines.
• Fulfill wholesale orders accurately and on time.
• Print and apply shipping labels and verify contents.
• Maintain high standards of packaging and presentation.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse organization practices.
• Assist with inventory restock and sample preparation.

Position Summary:
