Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New York, NY, seeks a Home & Accessories Sourcing & Production Analyst to own end-to-end procurement, order placement, and supplier relationships across H&A categories. You will ensure timely product deliveries, accurate master data, and operational excellence.

You will manage PO placement, open orders, delivery tracking, supplier performance, and monthly supply planning, collaborating with teams to optimize costs and launches for new products and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the drive to independently manage priorities and align stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and detail-driven approach to troubleshooting discrepancies and risks.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order Placement & Delivery Tracking: Owns PO placement including ad hoc orders and communicates orders to suppliers.
• Open Order & Delivery Management: Tracks open orders and shipment statuses, escalating risks as needed.
• Supplier Delivery Performance: Reviews supplier delivery performance and drives improvements; maintains strong supplier relationships.
• Monthly Supply Plan: Coordinates monthly supply plans, confirms quantities/prices/dates, updates orders in the system.
• Cost Negotiations & Supplier Pricing: Collaborates on cost negotiations for new launches and ongoing production.
• New Retail Product & Special Project Launches: Supports pricing, production status, and launch schedules with suppliers.
• SKU Setup Process: Owns sourcing component of SKU setup and maintains master data.
• Invoice Management: Resolves past-due payments and PO/invoice discrepancies.
• Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability: Supports supplier onboarding and quarterly reviews.
• Quality & Returns Management: Supports RTV processes with cross-functional teams.
