Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Home & Accessories Sourcing & Production Analyst in New York for a hybrid role. You will own end-to-end procurement, place orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries and accurate master data across H&A categories.

You’ll analyze supplier performance, support launches, and coordinate monthly supply plans with cross-functional teams. Strong MS Office, SAP/ERP and Power BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Highly analytical and detail-driven with focus on risk and solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end procurement and order placement across H&A categories.
• Track purchase orders and open orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and address delays with suppliers.
• Coordinate monthly supply plans and pricing with internal stakeholders.
• Support new product launches with pricing, production, and launch schedules.
• Own SKU setup data, master data accuracy, and supplier payments coordination.
• Assist with responsible sourcing, supplier onboarding, and sustainability reviews.
• Support RTV processes and ad-hoc requests as needed.
