Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Manager in Sourcing & Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement projects, drive value through cost transformation, and guide clients on supplier and category strategies. The role collaborates across SCNO teams, leveraging analytics and eProcurement tools.

The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and travel as required to serve diverse clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects end-to-end.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFPs, strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• Willingness to travel ~50% depending on client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, and deployment.
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and develop cost models and recommendations.
• Manage multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams.
• Support transformation using eProcurement tech such as Coupa, Ariba, iValua.
• Assess category cost drivers and identify cost-improvement opportunities.
