Job summary

Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice seeks a Manager to drive direct materials sourcing and cost transformation across strategy and implementation. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams and guiding clients through procurement transformations.

You will leverage eProcurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua, and develop total cost of ownership models to improve client competitiveness and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFP processes, strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• Ability to travel 50% on average depending on client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development.
• Advise clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translate findings into sourcing strategies and recommendations for executives.
• Manage multiple workstreams and lead onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment.
• Support transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Assess category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends and cost improvement opportunities.
