The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and proficiency with Sitetracker and Salesforce. This hybrid role offers collaboration across teams and opportunities to impact rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communication, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sourcing, operations, or vendor coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for vendors and clients by confirming orders, requesting status updates, and scheduling site surveys.
• Maintain Sitetracker records with project tasks, milestones, ownership fields, and order statuses.
• Coordinate site surveys and provisioning calls across U.S. time zones; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
