Job summary

CCR Technologies (BeyondReach) is seeking a Sourcing Operations Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, IA, a hybrid role reporting to the Director of Operations. You will serve as the administrative and communication hub for the sourcing team, keeping Sitetracker current, coordinating schedules, and moving orders forward with vendors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience, strong written communication, and proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM/project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing/operations.
• Strong written communication skills for vendor/client interactions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with Sitetracker, Salesforce or similar CRM/project management systems.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients by confirming orders, requesting status updates, scheduling site surveys, and ensuring open items are resolved.
• Maintain accurate Sitetracker records by updating project tasks, milestone dates, ownership fields, and order statuses to reflect current progress.
• Coordinate site surveys, provisioning calls, reminders, and follow-ups across U.S. time zones.
