The Role: Sourcing & Onboarding Coordinator (Recruiting Assistant) plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team and ensuring smooth operations across multiple brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build skills in recruitment, sourcing, and HR administration. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of roles and companies in a fast-paced, growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen candidates for open roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Set up and schedule interviews for the recruiting team and hiring managers -Provide excellent communication and follow-up with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires, including sending out new hire paperwork and helping gather required documentation
- Update and maintain accurate candidate and onboarding information in our Applicant Tracking System (iSolved/iHire)
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiters with other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with multiple brands and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
What We're Looking For
- Early-career professional with 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (Recruiting agency experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Eager to learn and grow in the world of recruitment and HR
- Comfortable using technology, including video conferencing tools (Teams) and ATS systems (we'll train you on ours!)
