This role partners with merchandising, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to optimize SKU value, manage supplier relationships, and ensure quality, cost and brand standards. You will analyze market trends, develop negotiation strategies, oversee RFI/RFP projects, and mentor peers while advancing strategic sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate retail experience in Inventory Management, Merchandising, Planning, and/or Global Sourcing.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Supplier sourcing and negotiation to diversify base and deliver cost savings.
• E-sourcing and auction management, including RFI/RFP projects and SKU validation.
• Commodity and market analysis for actionable insights and cost improvements.
• Supplier and category management to ensure quality, cost, and brand standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising and supply chain on sourcing strategies.
