You will build cross-functional relationships, manage multiple sourcing activities, and deliver on-time deliverables while navigating tariffs and the evolving trade environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Sourcing, Product Management or Operations.
• Experience in Consumer Products wholesale/import and project management.
• Strong communication, time management and data analysis skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with cross-functional partners and suppliers to produce positive results.
• Develop an intimate understanding of the business through data collection to drive data-based decisions.
• Execute sourcing initiatives in support of department priorities.
• Provide innovative & strategic solutions to sourcing challenges such as tariffs and the evolving trade environment.
• Track and follow up on sample development, costing, and timeline status, proactively flagging issues.
• Plan sourcing initiatives related to new product launches & launch calendars.
• Manage special projects as needed.
